In transportation of solid powder, as coal injection system in furnace of iron & steel metallurgy and boiler in power plant, metal hose assemblies are needed. The solid powder flows at a really high speed and make common metal hose leak quickly. So we need to redesign them to insure they are flexible and wear-resistant.

We use a wear-resistant and flexible liner inside the hose, addition of the liner do not enlarge the minimum bend radius of hose but can make the ID of hose smaller. In order to assure flow rate of medium, ID of flexible hose should be bigger, ID of liner should match the actual flow rate.

Diameters of Wear-Resistant Hose are from DN15 to DN300, 300mm to 12000mm length are acceptable, operating pressure: 1.0Mpa,1.6Mpa.
